Convenient size calibration for roughing, hidden bevel, polishing, and rimless cycles. Calibration settings are retained by memory even if power is removed from the edger.
A standard three-wheel configuration consisting of roughing wheel, hidden bevel wheel, and polishing wheel. Also available in other three-wheel or two-wheel combinations.
Built-in memory combined with an electromagnetic brake allows for immediate re-edging, reducing lens spoilage.
Polishing cycle will provide a polished hidden bevel or rimless edge in polycarbonate, CR-39, and hard resin lenses.
